Depression is a common but serious mental health condition that affects how a person feels, thinks and behaves.

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or fear that occurs in response to a perceived threat, uncertainty or stress.

Stress is the body’s natural response to pressure or demands. It is often triggered by external situations such as work deadlines or financial concerns.

Trauma refers to the emotional and psychological impact of experiencing or witnessing deeply distressing events such as abuse, violence, accidents or loss.

Problematic anger refers to anger that feels intense, frequent, or difficult to control, and begins to negatively affect a person’s relationships, work or overall wellbeing.
